  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing delays may occur during seasonal sales, festivals, or high-order periods.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All major cities and towns across India
  • Remote or non-serviceable locations may experience extended delivery times

International shipping is not available at this time.


3. Delivery Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote / Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note these are estimated timelines, and delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Unexpected logistical constraints

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping during promotions or for orders exceeding a minimum value (as announced on our website).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A shipment confirmation email/SMS
  • A tracking number
  • Link to track your order status

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier’s website.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Delivery issues resulting from customer error

If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges may apply.


7. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability:

  • The order may be returned to us
  • Additional charges may apply to re-ship the product

8. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives with:

  • Damaged products
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect items

Contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos of the package.

9. Delay Beyond Estimated Time

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us.

We will coordinate with the courier to provide an update.
Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.


10. Undeliverable Orders

An order may be marked “undeliverable” due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Restricted delivery zones
  • Incorrect shipping address

In such cases, we will attempt to contact you for correction.
If unreachable, the product may return to us.
