Due to the nature of beauty and personal-care products, many items cannot be returned once opened for hygiene and safety reasons.
However, we do offer refunds or replacements in specific cases detailed below.


2. Eligible Reasons for Return / Refund / Replacement

We offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

A. Damaged or Defective Product

If the product arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or defective, you are eligible for:

  • Replacement, or
  • Full refund

B. Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a product different from what you ordered:

  • We will replace it at no extra cost.

C. Missing Items

If part of your order is missing, we will:

  • Send the missing item, or
  • Refund the value of the missing product.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety, the following cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or incorrect:

  • Opened or used products
  • Beauty, cosmetic, and personal-care items
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased during special discounted sales
  • Free gifts, samples, or promotional products

4. Return Window

You must raise a return or refund request within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.


5. Proof Required

To process your claim, we require:

  • Your order ID
  • Product images (clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item)
  • Packaging images
  • Unboxing video (preferred but not mandatory)

This helps us verify and resolve the issue quickly.


6. Refund Method

If approved, refunds will be issued through:

  • The original payment method, or
  • Store credit, if preferred by the customer

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (usually 5–7 business days).


7. Replacement Policy

A replacement will be provided:

  • For damaged, defective, or wrong items
  • At no additional shipping cost to you

Replacement shipment will be initiated once the issue is verified.


8. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched.
A full refund will be issued.

After Shipping

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
You may still be eligible for a refund only under damage/wrong product conditions.


9. Return Shipping

In most eligible cases:

  • You do not need to ship the product back.
  • If a return is required, Peitho Lab will arrange reverse pickup at no cost.

Customers should not return or ship the product on their own unless expressly instructed.


10. Refusal of Returns

We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement if:

  • The product has been used
  • The issue is due to customer mishandling
  • False claims or fraudulent requests are detected
  • Required proof is not provided
